Complex solution for increased efficiency

The automation solution Koch has tailored to Bilcare Research's need is quite a complex one.
it had to fit to the existing layout of the converting department,where primary rolls are slit,stretched,labelled and palletised,between installed slitter rewinder,footpaths and the packing area.
On top of that,a new slitter rewinder from Kampf Schneid-und Wickeltechnik was installed.
Before the extensive update,each slitter rewinder has an own packaging line.
Now the slit reel unloading of each slitter rewinder is equipped With Koch.
